Hi, I recently bought a LeBlond 15" which uses a L-1 mount. I'm looking for a good quality 8-10" chuck with the correct mount. Or second choice would be a good quality chuck of that size that has easy availability of L-1 backplates.
On my wish list for the lathe is also a micrometer stop, a spindle nose bushing, a good quality M-4 live center, a follower rest, a steady rest, a dog drive plate, and a spindle nose protecter.
I have a really nice Bison 10" (like new) with a D-6 back which I am going to put on the for sale site here.
