Do you have measurements to post, or maybe the old damaged gear? Post something for us to go by.

MARTIN, DODGE, and BROWNING all make gears. A search of their websites may bear fruit.
If there is any numbers on the gear, it will be that much easier to find a replacement

Thanks for the replies. I'm not having any luck at finding a stock gear...yet. I attached a couple photos and the dimensions, to give a rough idea of size, 25 teeth, 2.674" outside diameter and .653" face width. I want to locate a shop I can send the damaged gear to and have it duplicated. If it's an option, I will consider welding it and having it reground, as the mill is not ran over 50% of it's design maximums.
