Nice Van Norman No. 12 for sale in Mass.

$500 is an ok price without tooling. Tooling can be bought at Jeff Beck's Tools4cheap.net for a few hundred. Then you need a vice, another couple hundred. I like the fact that it's single phase 220, new motor I expect.

Someone, I think it was you, Cal, said they liked the 1940's machine over the 1950's. I have a 1946 with the original 2.75 three phase motor.
