Definitely worth a call. Maybe they can reference by size rather than part number.

Use a 568-134 instead, stretching it a little will bring the .103 cross-section down to about 2.5mm.

Have you tried Ace Hardware? Mine sells individual o rings. They have about 4 drawers of different sizes.
