Part Number for Atlas 618 Nameplate / Badge

Does anyone know the part number of the Atlas 618 circular nameplate/badge that is on the front of the headstock casting? I got the number 9-135A from somewhere I can't quite remember and am not sure if it is correct. See image below. This nameplate was pulled off of 618 serial number 011120, made in the 1960's.

9-135A is apparently the correct part number. You might try calling Clausing Industrial and see whether if not they still have any left. I would expect the odds of being about 60/40.

Thanks, Robert. I plan to put an order in later this month and will see if I can get a 9-135A. If not we should be able to obtain a digital copy of the factory drawing from them. To add to our collection. : )
