I searched a little more tonight for version 20 PDF formatted manual, I would also like to have a hard copy handy, but I could only find the user manual in PDF format for version 16. It is in the GitHub site:

You may already have that though.
There is also a FreeCAD forum, maybe someone there compiled the latest v20 docs in PDF form.
