Some of my junk

Ok, I'll buy that. But the newest of 4 vehicles I have is a 99 Chevy Astro. All have 150-300 thousand miles on them. I drive the oldest, a 91 Astro (built in 90) with what can best be described as an "urban camo" paint job (peeling and a little rust with a Rustoleum roof job). I guess this means I am just cheap, lazy and untalented. The kids got the 2002 and 2003 cars. I have bought new a few times, but no way I am paying today's prices for anything new.

But you sure do clean those $4200 and less vehicles up pretty!

the general is really a neat looking truck. . . ive often thought of trying to do one but. . .
great toys thanks for sharing

Couple of my regular drivers.... $500 Escort I've been driving in the winter for the last three years (note the absence of a rear window and truck front axle) My wife's $200 winter-beater white Escort. And the old Mercury Marquis. This one got a little banged up, no thanks to my nephew driving it once. I drove it this way for five years in the winter months, just the way it in the pictures. She was ugly, but it ran great, and went nice and straight down the road. I replaced it with the red one, when all the break lines rusted out on it. This one is probably the most photographed car, that I ever owned, when it was out driving around. See, I drive some real junk too....

I really enjoy this thread, and alot of people on this forum take good bargains and turn them into masterpieces like you have done----I have a lot of neat old stuff and wish I was better at body work and fixing them all up---I give you credit for making them look like rich man toys---I think people spend a lot of money for new things--- but old things can get the same attention and more when they are fixed as nice as yours----Dave

This one I just got at the end of summer, so I only put about 800 miles on it since I bought it. Honda Goldwing Aspencade. It also came with a Bushtec Quantum sport trailer. With air ride suspension, on the bike and the trailer, man this thing rides nice. As soon as spring hits, my wife and I are going to take it for a spin around lake Michigan, to start out the riding season.

You'll love that Bushtec. I went to the factory to pick my RoadStar up in 2001 and it's been with my wife and I to all of the lower 48 except WA & OR and they're on the list. You won't be disappointed, I assure you

Oh, and a nice pile-0-rides. ;^)

Here's my little step-side Ranger. It pulls the smaller trailers, and kind of gets used as a parts chaser.
