Tig runner welding Cart

Today I started work on a new welding cart for my Tig Runner set-up.

General layout sketch on the floor. Then cut parts and mitered the uprights. I don't have a fabrication table so i have to improvise, not very pretty but it works.20240102_151235.jpg20240102_151224.jpg

Will start weldong it up tomorrow. Running out of time today.

I dont have a fence for my DoAll so I use a set-up like this to make multiple square same length parts.

Anyone know of a DoAll fence that will fit a Model ML 16" countour saw?

Or have one that we could pull dimensions off so I couod make one.

Today is Wednesday and I am just about finished tack welding the main frame for the Tig Runner welding cart.20240103_233724.jpg

Tig Runner welding cart project update.
Its just about finished. I have an open drawer pan and cart cover being folded up. That comes in next week then its just some finish welding of joints, install drawer and drawer cover, painting.

I am very happy with how its coming along.

Update on progress, Today was final reassembly after painting.

Will load up equipment later today.
