Vcarve Pro

a little late to the game but what you're asking about are the post processors. you're using an Axiom PP now, which is just a Mach3 Arcs MMs.

if you want to export an object to import to your CAD/CAM you can export it as an .stl file. Vcarve is limited here as it only allows one 3D object and doesn't support modeling like Aspire does.

Been awhile since I have used VCarve, but I use Aspire every day. As long as you have the correct post shouldn't be an issue. I routinely program our Haas and Trek mills using Aspire. Aspire does have more sophisticated toolpath options though.
