I bought a monarch off a guy near me who is helping to sell his 90 year old neighbors hobby shop. I also bought probaly 1k worth of misc tooling from him also. He has one of those edge finders but I was not interested in it so I did not ask him how much. You want to give him a call and ask him about it for you?
