First, check your bookmark for the site. The url should start with "https" not "http". If it is missing the "s", edit your browser bookmark link to reflect this.
Then, if the issue is still occurring, it is typically a cookie issue. You should log out of H-M, then goto your browser settings, clear all cookies related to this site. I recommend closing your browser and then reopening and try logging back in to H-M.

First, let me say that it has mysteriously begun staying logged in. As it did for years. I had made no changes.
Just for fun, I checked the url and it did begin with http with no "s". I added the s and the site would not load at all. I took the s off and now it works fine again.
This is on my old android tablet running android version 6. A great old tablet. I've never allowed any automatic updates.
I think you should just check this off and move on. Thanks for working on it.
