I have a lathe with a pneumatic collet chuck, donor machine for a lathe build.

It came with an air system with filter, regulator then the lubricator. Question is which oil would be best for the lubricator.

It is a Speedaire lubricator for the air line. I searched the manufacturer site and it says to use any light weight oil for air tools. No specific type.

Which would be best? Use oil for the usual couple drops in the hand air tool with each use? Marvel mystery oil?

An excellent choice would be quantonious oil as used on many highend CNC machines, can't be beat and smells of elderberries.

I did and it brought me right back here to you, what a HOOT!:)
