Good Surplus Source

There are great for capacitors for phase converters, also power transmission stuff.

I've been using them since before the internet existed. Excellent source.

Do you realize that todays high schoolers can't understand how we survived with out it. I loved heathkit projects.

I became addicted to HeathKits: they had a store not too far from where I lived, and when they were changing direction I got big discounts. About the only thing I didn’t build was the HeathKit Bell & Howell TV. I even built a NOS Vectorscope kit I bought from Fair Radio Sales. I still have some test equipment I built plus some unbuilt prototype kits they sold off cheap.

Surplus Center is great! Sometimes my checkbook wishes I'd never found it. I've been using them for many years and never had a screwed up order yet. Reasonable shipping too, they get high marks in my book.

You were lucky! I still have a decade resistor and decade capacitor from them.

Wow, thanks. This is a great source.
The prices are very good.
