Installation instructions and parts list for the earlier 1500 & 1700 10" QCGB. Tumbler is adjusted and locked into position by pulling out then releasing a spring-loaded pin. The 1700 is for lathes with a 5/8" dia. leadscrew. The kit comes with a drilling template and a compound stud gear. The 1500 is for lathes with a 3/4" leadscrew which already have a stud gear. Leadscrews are shown on parts list but do not actually come with a kit. Original leadscrew requires modification.
