I need a picture of the actual parts for the back gear pin. I know there is a spring. But the way my gear is designed it appears there is a spot for a roll pin as there is a hole all the way through. Probably to keep the spring in place. On top of that I'd like to know if there is a small ball...
Some time ago I bought a MT reamer to clean up the headstock of my 200. It's got some gouges and what have you.
Is there anything I should know before attempting this? I assume this should be done in back gears as slow as I can go?
Also The reamer is so big I have to get a chuck that will hold...

So I'm baffled by this and I'm sure it's simple. Turning the cross feed handle clockwise bringing it towards you. Where is the load placed that holds the cross feed screw in place? Obviously the cross feed nut is moving the carriage... but looking at the diagram I don't see what keeps the screw...
