1942 Bridgeport Restore

Hello all I have just purchased a Bridgeport round ram mill and I am in the process of cleaning and fixing anything I find broken or missing. I have run in to a tuff spot can someone tell me if this bolt has right or left handed threads or is there something locking it from coming lose ? Well for some reason I cant upload a picture. Its the bolt that holds the head adapter to the ram. its a m head if that helps.
