Can anyone identify this? Whatever it is, it's fifty bucks. (not mine)

1st item looks to be a grinder for cylindrical grinding. Centered, not centerless. 50 bucks is a good deal if it is something you need.
2nd item is a surface grinder.
 
I didn't even realize it was two different things, lol. Thought it was back and front. Of course the ad is clear as mud.
