A suggestion before I waste my money

I've seen this Harbor Freight pencil torch, the #41169:

Beyond the celebrative and consecrating opinion of the video, what do you think of it?
I don't have any welding experience (and welding tools) and I don't want to use it to weld or cut steel sheets.
My needs are pretty basic, and not very frequent: to harden bolts and similar, to make small brazing, to heat stuck parts.
I didn't find any similar torch in all the hardware shops, local or Chinese owned, here around.
Harbor Freight, on its site, has this torch on sale at $8.99, but their international orders are shipped by Fedex, and this means a big bunch of money even for small things: I don't even ask a quote.
I've found a new one on eBay for $14, plus $22.64 for International Priority Shipping, that is still reasonable for my budget.
Before to wast a pinch of money, anyway, I prefer to have your opinion.
Thanks!

Hi Marco

I think you might be disappointed in that torch for what you want it for.

Have a look at this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u9_BgNFw0No Bernzomatic ts4000

I have one and I really like it, I rarely need to fire up the larger oxygen acetylene.

I don't think that pencil torch will serve the purposes you have in mind. I receive one of those as a trinket/gift a long time ago. It's still around somewhere but doesn't get used. They are refilled with butane and as I recall, it ran out of gas very quickly. It's really better for heating electrical shrink-wrap tubing and simple things like that...
