Abandoned Welding/Machine Shop

It will be a couple of weeks before I can get back over there (It's about an hour drive each way for me), but I'll check on the drill bits. When I saw how rusty they were I didn't give them a closer look, so I'm not sure what the taper is. I'll get back when I know more and I'll try to remember my camera and get some pics next time.
 
Where about is it located. Any old mag bases, I could use a few for projects.

Adcock and Shipley built a high quality range of machine tools in the UK for many years, including building 50,000 Bridgeport milling machines under licence from Bridgeport, they were eventually taken over by Textron(?) who wrecked the company within a few years, and a succesion of bad machine tool designs. Great machines, great pity.
