The person in the video has many tools for the job and he appears to be experienced at welding and what he's doing. Surprisingly, there were some leak at the end. I tig welded old oil aluminum casting with very bad result, while other aluminum tig weld went well. I always blamed on my inexperience and the old oil aluminum. But after watch this person's nice well, new aluminum, I kind of said aluminum is just hard to weld.
I don't know how well he cleaned it up between the welds. That may have caused the leak.
