Any one familier with these machines?

I had never heard of the brand.

From what little I understand they were American built - some very nice machines. Profile

The Solo cup factory in Springfield Mo used one .

Thanks,

Nelson

Nope!

On checking the web, they appear to be the Cadilac. Saw one listed at +100k used!

One of the nicest manual lathes ever built. I spent countless hours running a 20 X 80". Extremely quiet, solid machine. We put a tracer attachment on it for a couple of jobs, but it didn't stay. I liked the "stick shift" gear change. Only drawback I remember is that it didn't have a large spindle bore, but unless you need to swallow long work, that's no biggie.
