Any one know what vise this might be?

I purchased a Bridgeport at an auction recently, it had this vice mounted to it. I was wondering if any one knew what brand it may be, it has a tag with a serial number but you cant make out any thing but the serial number itself. Stamped on the top in large letters is "DO NOT HAMMER ON VISE HANDLE HAND TIGHTEN ONLY" Along with the number 375. The vise is 20" long and about 6.5" wide.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you got an older Kurt. You can just barely make out the K in the upper LH corner.

Ahh I see that's great thank you, it runs smoothly so Ill clean it up and use it.

PS - Kurt sells rebuild kits for their vises. Not specifically for your (obsolete) model, but most of the parts in the current kit will fit your vise. I've done a rebuild in the past.

I haven't checked the vise for accuracy yet if it's out and I'm sure it is I will have to try to get some parts. I do have a newer Kurt vise but I love old tools they have a certain class to them.
