Have you considered asking Matt at PM to shoot a video clip (with audio) of one in operation? And posting it here?
If it garners a sale I would think he might be willing to do it
I realize it's not the same as seeing it in person but it might give you a better idea

I might suggest you contact one of the PM-833TV buyers and see if they can give you some input on their mill, below is a recent purchaser. Most of us try to assist others if they are interested in machine they have or have experience with a particular brand/type. All machines are built to a price point, so one needs to take into account when buying a new machine. PM/QMT does go the extra mile when it comes to service/warranty, which is also a consideration in a new machine purchase.

PM-932V Yes? Or No?
PM-932V Milling Machine. Yes No? I'm days from ordering one why should I not buy this one and why should I buy another PM? Making tools for the shop and one off parts for Motorcycles and maybe some gun parts. I have the PM1030 and I wish I went with a bigger lathe only because of it's size...
