Anyone have a y-axis DRO scale mount?

I will eventually want to put a DRO on my 3K vertical. The Y-axis on the table, given how the table drive works, doesn't look straightforward. Anyone have a K&T with a y-axis scale mounted? The table mechanism on most of these seem pretty similar so doesn't need to be specifically a 3K ...
