Please can someone advise me on the purchase of a ball turning attachment for my 8 x 16 mini-lathe, would the type that mounts onto the compound be a better option than the one that mounts in a tool holder, can anyone recommend an attachment, the one I have looked at on Amazon and E-Bay are mostly the compound mounting type, there are so many to choose from and therefore would appreciate any recommendations.
