Bed Turret Help

I have an AK Tool bed turret I am trying to get the six tool holder shafts out. I have four of the moving, but they will not come out the top. I am trying to come up with a way to use a nut and washer with a spacer to draw them out, but with the small amount of threads I can only get them so far. Has anybody had this problem and come up with a way to get them out?

I ended up using a piece of all thread and a 1/2 threaded coupler. I threaded one end of the coupler on the tool holder shaft, threaded the all thread on the other end, put a piece of pipe over the all thread and used washers and a nut to pull the shafts out. I got two of them out and two others half way out. The other two are stuck. I am going to let them soak in PB Blaster over night and see if this will free them up enough to come out.

Got them all out, what a pain in the butt. Soaking everything in Evapo Rust.
