No, There is one for sale locally. Looked interesting but for the price IDK if it is worth it.

In my opinion not worth it it only takes the burr it's trying to get rid of and mills a chanfer and raises 2 burs so now instead of 1 bur you have 2. We tried one and never used it more than once or twice. Buy a buffer and a good deburring buffing wheel you will be happier.

I thought about these awhile back and came to the conclusion that my belt sander is a good solution.
