Can Anyone Identify This Mill?

All I have to go on is this pic right now. I might have a chance to get it if things work out right though. I have searched through pics on the net for over an hour and cant find one like it. Any help identifying it would be appreciated as well as what would be a decent price range and the usefulness of it.

Got o look at it today. it is a Lagun FU2-LA. It's quite a bit larger than I had pictured and looks to be in great shape other than a little light surface rust.
