Chuck changing station

I saw this the other day and really like it...but I can't stand the price.(squeak, squeak)
Didn't someone on the forum build one.
I don't like a crane on my slides, maybe from under the headstock.

That is pretty sweet! The chuck on my new old lathe is around 100#. I'm not young anymore....
