Converting 3-phase Enco 91000 drill/mill to single phase

Well, I turned down the mill/drill. When I looked it over I decided that it was not for me. As much as I'd like to have it, I really don't have room for anything more than a mini-mill in my little workshop. But if anyone is interested it is on Craigslist for the Philadelphia area.

I hope this is not a violation of hobby-machinist policy. I have no connection with the seller.
