Cut off tool holder

I have been wanting to make a parting tool holder for my SB9. While posting on a Logan forum. Winky (Mark) sent a link on one he made. I decided to go with his design. I did however add a dovetail to use with my tool holder also.

This is what I came up with. Just waiting for the parting blades. 1/2” 3/32 T type.

I made one based on Winky's plans too. Works good. Have you seen his latest gooseneck parting toolholder? If not go to his youtube channel and check it out.

What size parting blades do you need? I have a few that I ordered but did not work out for me. If these will work for you you can have them.

Those are the exact size I made the holder for. I ordered 3 yesterday. They should be arriving Friday.

If you want them you can swing by and pick them up. It is probably not something you would want to make a special trip up her for but I will hold on to them for you if you are interested. Just let me know ahead of time that you are coming. Burbank is not that far from Oxnard luckly.

Just curious u have any idea what size dove tail I would use for a oxa type tool holder??
