I ran into The owner of the shop I'm laid off from last night and he figures he owes me a bit more in value on my trade with him. I need a few ideas as to what type of tooling I might need in general like fly cutter, boring bar set, shell mill holders, angle blocks & so on. Things for both the mill & lathe. He said he'd also go through his measurement tools and see what he may have to spare there.

I suggest a process of elimination! What are some of the things you can easily make, if you had too (like a fly cutter or a boring bar) and then look at what you may never use, then this will eliminate some of the choices and maybe, just maybe, offer you some most useful items. Ultimately you want it all, but from a practical sense, what is most likely to be a benefit???

Good Luck with your delimna!

Charley just back your truck up to the door and tell him to fill it up!!
