Looking at a Do-All band saw with 208v 3ph. I have a homemade 240v rotary phase converter. What is my best options?

Sounds like you're set, 208v runs on 240v as far as I know.

I'm running mine off of a 5hp RPC, IIRC isn't the saw 3/4hp?

If you can swing it, buy a phase converter big enough to run multiple machines. It pays off down the road when other three phase machines pop up for sale.

You should be good to go. I'm running 208 v motors off of an RPC running on 240v.
