Do You Know What This Is?

I'm just taking a wild guess because of all the reloading stuff around it.
Does it feed brass shells past the propane torch to aneal the necks?
 
It is indeed a annealer. The discs are interchangeable so that you can do up to 50BMG. Though for smaller cases it is sometimes hard to get the flame in the right place.

Yes, I really like it too, once it is set and the hopper is full, you can attend to some other things in the room while it does it's thing. It can run 300 223 cases in about 30 minutes from start to finish.
