The ambulance cots/gurneys have aluminum square tubing with solid end fitting that are held in by drift pins. The 5/32 drift punch gets stuck in the hole some times. I bought a few Wilton punches from ebay to give to the other island maintenance guys because Ferno (the manufacturer) charges 60 bucks for a turned down punch. Something so simple was kind of an adventure. I could chuck them up in the 4 jaw, but the point was as much as .070 out. I was actually able to get them back straight with my adjuster. I took off ~ 005-.006 off of the shafts after center drilling the face, and using my live center. Sorry the picture is blurry.
