Has the small base and no way wipers. It does have the 4 sided table so probably around 1939.

Works as it should with a 110 motor. Has the manual. "Looks like you have an early model there. Small base, no way wipers, and the 4 sided table so I am guessing this is around a 1939.". Old tool nut?.
