Endmill Insert Identification

A friend gave me a few indexable endmills the other day. They dont have any markings and was wondering if anyone recognized the insert. The inserts look similar to the AP type inserts used in other endmills with the exception of not having a hole. Size is similar to size 1604 except in length which is around 0.600 instead of 0.650 going off what is listed in some charts.
