There was a T-bolt missing on the new to me SB mill. At the head to ram connection. I removed one of the remaining bolts and used the lathe to copy it from a 3/4" Grade 5 bolt. Then used the mill to make the flats. I though it was appropriate that the first part it made in my shop was for itself.

I love the "what came first lathe or mill" question. Probably the lathe as you need it to make round parts for the mill but making flat parts for the lathe is only a luxury.
