Hi everyone. A couple days ago I bought 2008 Grizzly 0602. All gears I got in the box.
Today I used a diagram and a little bit confused. I need some help.
The diagram says: use number 27, 60 (plastic????? I have a metal), 56, 127 and 104.
First picture is diagram.
Second-what I did first and confused.
Third- used n.60 and n.120.
What I did wrong?

Second question: gearbox is leaking and I'm going to replace my sight glass (cracked). Diagram says it's a sight glass A16. What does it mean and what size of signt glass is it?

I have a newer G0602. I no longer use the gears as I have replaced them with the Clough ELS. It looks like you are trying to set up for power feed. The 60t gear is driven by the spindle gear and is always in operation. The 27t gear is on the same shaft as the 60t gear, coupled by the drive bushing, PN702. The 56t and 127t gears are coupled by the 715 drive bushing on the same shaft with the 127t gear meshed with the 27t gear and the 56t gear meshed with the 104t gear mounted on the gear box input shaft. This arrangement provides the necessary decrease in speed for use with power feed.

The gears are not drawn to a consistent scale which can be confusing.

Thank you very much for your answer. It's means I did install properly (like factory settings)?

My diagram says the sight glass is PN 838 and the Grizzly part no. is P0602838. You can order it from Grizzly for $3.75 from their web site.

Your setup looks correct. You can get a slightly finer feed by replacing the 104t gear with the 120t gear and the 54t gear with a smaller gear. I don't recall which one I used but as long as you don't have interference, you can use any of the smaller gears.
