Life got in the way...
Other interests and projects, attempted to take advantage of the "hot real estate market" and sell the place, changed our minds after looking at what a replacement would cost, then decided to spend some of what we'd saved up towards a new house and do some upgrades here.
One of those upgrades is a heated shop for me. Plan A was a new, purpose built building. Didn't take much research to find that was WAY out of our budget. Plan B is to re-purpose a 20x24 building, insulate the daylights out of it, finish the inside, run power to it and heat it. Still smarts financially, but doable.
Major carpentry work is done, electrical service installed and basic wiring done, just waiting on the utility folks to set a pole and hook me up. Then I need to find a suitable furnace and move all my gear to the new building.
I'll do pictures in the "our shops" forum once I get a little further along.
