How are These Ball End Locks/Levers Made?

I like to watch Steve Jordan because he thinks outside of the box. He can do a lot of stuff with small lathes. Mine are Larger lathes, But you can learn a lot of "Hacks" from Steve. Here is a vid he did on the style of ball turner that I posted earlier. The ball turner will need to be adapted to whatever lathe you have. They sell several different ones, Look through them and see which one you think will work.

They can also be made on a mill with a boring head and a dividing head. Make two with tapped shanks and then screw together in the middle with a grub screw or threaded rod.
