how much for used DRO's?

I want to give an offer to a guy that has a beat up bridgy on his dro and glass scales. i think they are mitys and not more than 10 years old. i was thinking 300. is this high or low? I know its all up to me, but i dont want to insult the guy, but i also know i can buy new Sinos for about 400 with free shipping. what do you guys think?

If every thing on the DRO works. And the scales are the right lingth for your mill I think $300. is a fare price.
