ID this rotary table

Here's a mystery for all you hobby milling machine enthusiasts. Help me ID this rotary table. I'm considering purchasing it, but can't figure out who made it.





I'm planning to travel and take a closer look this evening. It looks old enough to be for one of the classic vintage hobby machines, but my searches came up empty.

Never seen one like that one before, but it looks old and well built. I guess if it's in good condition and the price is right, just drag it home.

It's a South Bend rotary table.

Thank you guys. Check out the 1959 South Bend catalog page (via Vintage Machinery site) showing use on a lathe turning a spherical shape. The catalog lists it as an 'INDEXING TABLE' for use with the lathe, milling machine, shaper and drill press.
