So, after all the damage, stress, PTSD, frustration and extra money for replacement parts, I was finally able to get my headstock aligned. Test cuts performed on about a 10" length (12" overall) of 2" diameter 12L14 steel. Final measurement 0.0004". I'm finally happy.

For those that can't read my chicken scratch:
Left: 1.81595"
Right: 1.81555"
