Came home after surgery yesterday and fell right to sleep after a 23 hr night . Woke up 3 hours later and thought a semi truck hooked my teeth up to a 12,000 lb winch . Not good , I couldn't get to the ice pack and pain killers fast enough . I hate taking pills , this was an exemption to the title's rules .

I should explain . I was suppose to apply ice and take those pain killers immediately before the locals wore off . I was so tired I fell asleep without doing so . Live and learn . Feeling better now but off the liquid pain killers until the Amoxicillin is used up .

If your not allergic to aspirin, Ibuprofen(Advil) is also good for dental pain.
