I just cut 18 flutes using a 3/16" ball end mill. They are .035" deep. 6 of them look like they could use a little attention with a file to pretty them up. The ends of the flutes stop before they come to the end of the stock so a round file won't lay in them. I could glue emery cloth to a 1/8" dowel but was thinking a file that was curved and 3/16" diameter would be very useful for this purpose. Thanks for the replies

Note: I have no financial interest in this company, I am just a happy customer. I have found that their tools are generally high quality, their website is easy to navigate, and I can get to their store quickly and their shipping is quick. I typically keep a "shopping cart" with them then wait for their free shipping event to place an order.
