I've been using Inventor and Fusion for over a decade, but decided to learn something new. While it doesn't have all of the capabilities that inventor has, there are workarounds that can get you there. I've been getting dimensions from random widgets off the internet and modelling them up for practice. Here's a D1-4 stud.

I think I misunderstood the title of this subforum. I took it to mean Drawings of mechanical things.
I now see that it's for traditional, non electronic drawing methods. Unfortunately, there's no button to delete a thread.
