LH end mill

Besides remembering to run them in the opposite direction, is there any issue with using LH end mills?

What does the HNA designation on the end mill represent?

Be careful of how you're feeding and realize you're cutting from the other side - you don't want to climb mill. That's a good way to mess up your part unless VERY securely clamped.
