Magnetic chuck rebuild

I have a Walker Ceramax 6 x 18 chuck that I have started a rebuild on. Having checked their website they show a parts list and drawings, I have contacted them via their contact form, left a message on their live chat, and left a message via. phone on their parts extension trying to find out how or where to order parts. I've not gotten a reply from any of these has anyone else had any dealings with them, or any suggestions?

When I contacted them about parts. There response was To send it in for refurbish as once it is taken apart it has to be magnetically re-aligned for it to hold properly.

I have an old brown and sharp that seems a bit weak. I didn't know these chucks could be rebuilt. Hopefully someone chimes in!
