Makers/Manufactures mark identification

Well it is a part, it is a vise off of, I believe, a tool and cutter grinder. Based on the fastners being SAE, it is US made and based on the design and castings I would say at least 1960's or earlier, but that is really a SWAG. I can add a picture tomorrow of the whole vise.

Seems that they are in a different product line, and they are not an LLC. All my research indicates that LLC's are US entities. The mark under "Bsw" is "LLC' I believe.
